Shipping & Delivery
Every aurelnook order is prepared with care and dispatched from our partner ateliers. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During new collection launches and seasonal sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- Canada & United States: 7-12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-16 business days
- Rest of world: 12-20 business days
Shipping rates
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50
- Flat rate of $9 on orders under $50
- Express shipping is available at checkout where offered
Duties & taxes
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial taxes, calculated at checkout. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact us at SticklinCuthill136@outlook.com and we will investigate.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
