How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size and fit section with garment measurements. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for bias-cut and satin styles, and sizing down for knitwear. You can also email us your measurements and we will advise.
When will my order ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way. See our Shipping & Delivery page for country-specific transit times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and most other countries. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly, but if you email us within 12 hours of ordering we will do our best to amend or cancel before dispatch. Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed.
How should I care for my dress?
Care instructions are listed on every product page. As a rule, hand wash cold or dry clean, do not tumble dry, and store embellished pieces flat to protect the detailing.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and its certified payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
How do I contact you?
